This project was used in Germany, Cologne – a mid-size football stadium event (about 28,000 spectators).
The requirement was simple: manage entry flow and prevent crowd pressure near gates.The system used our modular crowd control barrier panels with fast interlocking hooks.

Setup time: 50 minutes (5 workers)
Panel size: 2.1m × 1.1m

- 3 entry queue lines
- 1 emergency passage
- 1 staff-only corridor

The system allowed quick changes during peak time:
- Queue lines extended by +30 meters
- One lane removed for VIP access
- Re-linked without tools

Nestable design saves ~60% storage space.
Each panel weight: 18–22 kg.
Pallet packaging for easy logistics.
Result
The installation was stable under normal pedestrian pressure.
No fixed ground system required.
Used again in later match events.
